Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking Window Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Each reservation is for one person only. No-Show Policy If a client does not arrive at the office at the scheduled time, the reservation will be forfeited, and the slot will be canceled without the possibility of later use. Rescheduling Changes to the reservation are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this time, changes will not be possible. Reservation Confirmation Clients will receive a confirmation of their reservation via email or phone. Special Circumstances In exceptional cases, the office reserves the right to arrange a new appointment individually.
