Production Manager (Aluminium & Steel)

Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee aluminium and steel manufacturing processes. The role includes managing approx. 200 employees, ensuring timely and correct execution of production tasks, implementing improvements and solving technical, quality and organizational issues while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Managing full production processes and leading the plant team
• Implementing technical and organizational improvements
• Solving daily production, technical and quality issues

Requirements
• Higher technical education
• Experience in a similar leadership role
• Excellent German (mandatory), English is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Managerial and interpersonal competencies
• Knowledge of metal processes: bending, welding, machining
• Category B driving license
