Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive continuous improvement across production. The role includes implementing Lean tools, analyzing processes, running improvement projects and training employees to build a strong Lean culture.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Implementing and developing Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, TPM)
• Identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows
• Conducting Lean training and coordinating improvement projects

Requirements
• Higher education in industrial engineering, production management or similar
• Minimum 2 years of Lean experience in production
• Practical knowledge of Lean tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills and proactive approach
