Junior Software Architect / Junior System Engineer – HRM, CRM & Mobile Systems

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Software Architect / Junior System Engineer to join our small tech team and grow into an architectural role. You will work on integrating our HRM system, CRM, and mobile application into one coherent platform supporting recruitment, job advertising, time tracking, and a loyalty points system.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Supporting integration of HRM, CRM, and mobile applications
• Developing and extending system functionalities and APIs
• Working closely with senior developers on system architecture decisions

Requirements
• 1–3 years of commercial experience in software development
• Good knowledge of Python and Django
• Basic experience with Vue.js / JavaScript (Vuetify is a plus)
• Familiarity with Dart / Flutter or strong willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of AWS or cloud concepts
• Motivation to grow in system design and architecture
