Production Manager (Aluminium & Steel) – Poland

Job Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising the entire production process in the plant (aluminium and steel) to ensure tasks are carried out correctly and on time, according to the production plan, technical documentation, quality standards, and safety regulations

Leading the facility and a team of approximately 200 employees

Evaluating, motivating, and developing the production team

Implementing new technical and organizational solutions within the production area

Solving day-to-day technical, quality, and organizational issues

Cooperating with other departments (maintenance, quality control, warehouse)

Requirements:
Higher technical education

Experience in a similar or equivalent position

Excellent command of the German language (mandatory)

Knowledge of English would be an advantage

Very good work organization skills

Strong analytical thinking

Highly developed interpersonal and managerial skills

Knowledge of the metal industry, including bending, welding, and machining processes

Category B driving license
