Job Responsibilities:
Implementing and developing Lean Manufacturing principles across production processes

Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Conducting Lean training sessions for employees and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Analyzing production data, preparing reports and presenting solutions to management

Supporting and coordinating Lean projects within different departments

Requirements:
Higher education in industrial engineering, production management or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a production environment

Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, TPM etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with various teams

Initiative and a proactive approach to process improvement
