Job Description
We are looking for an Export Manager to develop international sales, acquire new clients and oversee export documentation in a growing FMCG company. The role includes conducting negotiations, achieving sales targets and leading the export team.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Managing international sales and acquiring new foreign clients
• Supervising export documentation and coordinating operations
• Leading the export team and cooperating with Marketing and Technology

Requirements
• Several years of experience in FMCG export (chilled products)
• Higher education
• Excellent English (mandatory), German is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Independence in strategy implementation
• Readiness for business travel
