Lead Welding Supervisor
Location: Austria 🇦🇹

Your Tasks:
Leading and coordinating a team of welders

Supervising welding operations for quality, safety, and efficiency

Approving and monitoring welding instructions, parameters, and standards

Performing regular inspections of welds and ensuring compliance with specifications

Supporting process improvement and training of team members

Your Profile:
Completed education as master welder or equivalent technical qualification

Several years of experience in welding supervision (steel structures, machinery, or rail vehicles an advantage)

Strong knowledge of MAG/TIG welding processes

Valid welding certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Leadership and team management skills

High quality and cost awareness

Readiness for shift work
