Production Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee production processes, optimize workflows and ensure compliance with recipes, indicators and quality standards. The role includes leading the production team and coordinating daily operations across departments.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Managing and optimizing production processes
• Planning and supervising the work of production teams
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP, QS, IFS, BRC and internal standards

Requirements
• Higher education in Food Technology or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in FMCG (meat industry)
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
• Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of modern management tools and systems
