Quality Control Supervisor – Packing Department

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to manage a team in the packing department. The role includes checking packaging seal integrity, residual oxygen levels, label accuracy and overall product compliance with specifications.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Supervising the packing team and ensuring quality procedures
• Verifying packaging seals, oxygen levels and product compliance
• Controlling label correctness and documentation

Requirements
• Secondary or higher education (Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or similar)
• Knowledge of IFS and HACCP
• Min. 6 months of experience in QC or meat production
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
