Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Welding Supervisor to coordinate and guide a team of welders. The role includes supervising welding quality and safety, approving welding parameters, performing inspections and supporting process improvements and training.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Leading and coordinating welders
• Approving and monitoring welding parameters
• Inspecting welds and ensuring compliance

Requirements
• Master welder education or equivalent
• Experience in welding supervision
• Strong MAG/TIG knowledge
• EN ISO 9606-1 certificates
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Leadership skills
• Readiness for shift work
