Job Description
We are looking for a Master Locksmith to lead and supervise locksmith work in steel production. The role includes managing a team, overseeing quality and standards, improving production processes and ensuring safe, cost-effective and timely work execution.

3 Key Responsibilities
• Managing and supervising a locksmith team
• Approving and overseeing work instructions and standards
• Monitoring and improving production processes

Requirements
• Technical education in mechanical engineering or related field
• Experience with high-quality steel elements
• Good MAG welding knowledge
• Practice as a steel construction technician or steel locksmith
• Readiness for shift work
• Quality and cost awareness, teamwork and commitment
