Your Tasks:
Managing a team of employees, both professionally and personally

Supervising locksmith work

Creating, approving, and supervising instructions and standards for locksmith work

Monitoring and improving production processes

Responsibility for safe, quality-compliant, cost-effective and timely production

Active participation in maintaining safety, order, and cleanliness at the workplace

Your Profile:
Completed technical education in mechanical engineering (education as a master locksmith, mechanical/steel construction technician, or welding technician)

Many years of experience working with high-quality steel elements will be an advantage

Good knowledge of MAG welding

Professional experience as a steel construction technician or steel locksmith

Readiness for shift work

High quality and cost awareness

Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and commitment
