Production Manager – Poland
Join our client’s team as a Production Manager and lead production processes in a dynamic, growing company with a strong market position.

Job Responsibilities:
Managing the production department

Ongoing analysis and optimization of processes in the department

Supervising compliance with recipes, indicators and production processes

Planning, organizing and managing the work of subordinate employees

Cooperating with other departments within the company to ensure task completion

Requirements:
Higher education in Food Technology or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG (meat) industry

Knowledge of English or German will be an advantage

Independence and responsibility in task execution

Familiarity with modern management tools and techniques

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of HACCP, QS, IFS, BRC systems and health, safety and environmental standards
