Lean Manufacturing Specialist – Meat Industry (Poland)
Join our client’s team as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist and help develop and improve production processes in a growing meat processing company.

Job Responsibilities:
Implementing and optimizing Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction

Analyzing production data and preparing reports

Supporting production teams in continuous improvement initiatives

Conducting Lean training sessions for employees

Requirements:
Experience in a similar position in the food or meat industry

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methods

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good organizational and communication skills

Practical knowledge of MS Office
